Refused family visitor visas will lose the right to appeal from 25th June 2013, following a recent change announced by UKBA.
These changes will apply to any applications made on or after this date. UKBA report applicants who are refused will still be able to re-apply and address the reasons for refusal, which will cost less and be a quicker process.
These changes highlight the importance of seeking professional advice prior to making an application, to ensure the best chance for success.
If you are applying to UKBA as a visitor and require assistance, we can manage this process for you.
Please contact the office on 01793 836 010 to discuss how we can help.
