With effect from 28 October 2013, those applying for Naturalisation and Indefinite Leave to Remain will be expected to pass the Life in the UK Test and hold a B1 (intermediate) level English language speaking and listening qualification.
Any applications submitted without these qualifications will be invalid, and therefore refused unless the applicant holds an equivalent, recognised qualification.
If you are thinking of making an application to UKBA and would like assistance, we can manage this process for you.
Please contact the office on 01793 836 010 to discuss how we can help.
